  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all healthcare industry tags and labels are securely attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
